📋 Description

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs, commercial objectives and available data • Translate leadership direction into clear product priorities and delivery plans • Evaluate trade-offs and make prioritisation decisions with incomplete information • Define and monitor metrics measuring product adoption, performance and business impact • Translate product requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery plans • Partner with engineering and data teams to define clear, technically feasible requirements • Guide products and features from problem definition through development, launch and iteration • Align stakeholders on product scope, objectives and delivery expectations • Conduct market, competitor and user research • Turn research findings into actionable product and positioning recommendations • Speak with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, workflows and unmet needs • Convert feedback into well-defined product improvements • Establish lightweight processes for product discovery, prioritisation and delivery • Maintain product documentation and decision records • Improve visibility across product progress, risks and dependencies • Support a distributed team across technical and commercial functions

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required • At least 3 years of product management experience • Experience in crypto, fintech, data, analytics or developer tools is strongly preferred • Strong interest in digital assets and familiarity with the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem • Demonstrated experience shipping products or features from problem definition through launch • Strong written communication and ability to create clear, structured product documentation • Comfortable working directly with engineers and discussing technical or data-driven products • Strong ownership, sound judgement and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity • Able to work remotely with meaningful overlap during GMT+8 working hours • Previous experience at a cryptocurrency company, exchange, fintech business or analytics platform is nice to have • Familiarity with data products, APIs, dashboards or data infrastructure is nice to have • SQL literacy or experience using analytics and business-intelligence tools is nice to have • Experience conducting user research with technical, institutional or B2B users is nice to have • Experience developing blockchain intelligence, attribution or campaign analytics products is nice to have • CV required • Short write-up of no more than 300 words selecting and evaluating a data or analytics product • Portfolio or examples of previous PRDs, if available
