📋 Description

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks • Perform advanced packet analysis to identify attacks and threats to the network • Manage and document technical issues, responses, and requests • Provide customer support to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues • Communicate with customers about challenges, mitigation updates, and analysis results • Manage the central alerting system and identify and reduce the effects of security breaches • Deliver managed services for media and security to proactively maintain quality and protect customers' online presence

🎯 Requirements

• High School / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent • Knowledge of how the internet works, including DNS, HTTP, and IP protocol suites • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to update internal documentation • Passion and ability to learn new tools and technologies • Problem-solving ability • Knowledge of the common OWASP Top 10 and how they relate to internet service compromises or attacks • Excellent collaboration and team-working skills
