📋 Description

• Conduct control testing, identify risks, and manage audits as a Compliance Specialist II • Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of technical, physical, and security controls • Coordinate sampling populations and lead technical walkthroughs with Engineering, DevOps, and IT system owners • Thoroughly review technical evidence • Identify control gaps and document exception trends in the GRC platform • Collaborate with system owners and draft actionable remediation plans • Support third-party audits by coordinating evidence and explaining technical controls • Minimize audit disruptions and optimize compliance processes through automation and GRC tools • Collaborate with Security Compliance team members and business unit stakeholders to advance compliance operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience, with equivalent qualifications and applicable professional background • Practical experience assessing security controls against industry standards, especially SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS • Expertise in technical security controls, including Identity & Access Management, Change Management, Vulnerability Management, and Logging/Monitoring • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication abilities • Security or audit certifications such as CISA, CRISC, Security+, CISM, or ISO Lead Auditor are not mandatory • Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, or distributed systems is valuable but not mandatory
