📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end managed services and proactive and reactive support for global customers • Serve as the central customer contact and active member of integrated account teams delivering customer success • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tune solutions to client needs • Participate in internal projects that contribute to best practices and improve methodology and solution-delivery quality • Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high-quality service, and customer engagement • Identify service enhancements and potential problems to continuously improve customer-service delivery • Communicate with internal and external customers and partners to share information and deliverables • Integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions • Learn and implement creative solutions to help customers leverage Akamai products

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent • Customer-facing experience within the information technology industry • Advanced English and Spanish (Spanish not mandatory) • Understanding of network technologies, web security, or media-related technologies, methodologies, and/or architectures • Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL • Experience delivering technical projects and managing multiple priorities • Cybersecurity credentials such as Security+, SSCP, or GSEC achieved or interest in obtaining them
