📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, and maintain hardware infrastructure • Work with on-site technicians • Maintain equipment availability based on demand • Manage inventory and retire equipment • Manage cabinet planning, equipment tracking, documentation, and firmware upgrades • Monitor and maintain data centers, networks, and servers worldwide • Interact with data center Network Operations Centers via phone, email, and web portals • Deploy and repair servers, storage systems, routers, switches, and other hardware • Install hardware, cabling, firmware, and software on-site and remotely • Manage hardware decommission projects, including hardware disposal and data destruction • Ship and receive networking equipment • Perform data center migration and hardware platform upgrade projects • Coordinate data center deployments from hardware requests through rack design

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Experience in a NOC environment with hands-on hardware experience • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking equipment • Solid troubleshooting skills in a large-scale data center environment • Understanding of Linux system administration, server administration, and internals • Professional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
