âą Leading end-to-end program planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives âą Driving cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources âą Overseeing the Product Development Process and entire software development lifecycle âą Leveraging technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects âą Establishing program metrics, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to senior leaders
đŻ Requirements
âą Extensive experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering or AI/ML âą Comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed âą Inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority âą Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes âą Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies âą Professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams âą Thrive in a fast paced environment having to manage high visibility, time sensitive, large scale complex programs.
