📋 Description

• Lead product programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market • Align product, engineering, and business teams to execute critical programs • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap • Manage and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans • Maintain and communicate the backlog of work with key stakeholders • Guide stakeholders on priorities based on business needs • Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods • Maintain and iterate on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar • Lead projects, enhance performance, and increase customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • High School / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Experience working within a technical team • Good understanding of the software development life cycle • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Experience with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP • Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work across global constituencies
