📋 Description

• Own UX writing for end-to-end web and app flows, from onboarding to subscription management • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and developers to solve user problems • Partner with Legal, Retention, Brand, and Localization teams to deliver compliant, on-brand, global-ready copy • Maintain and evolve brand voice and UX writing guidelines • Build content and accessibility standards within the design system • Use research and usability testing to iterate on copy • Advocate for UX writing best practices and distinguish product-led communication from marketing copy • Build evidence-based cases for content decisions and align stakeholders across squads

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of UX Writing or Content Design experience in a fast-paced digital product environment • Proven ability to turn technical complexity into clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy • Portfolio or case studies showing the writing process • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance the writing workflow and scale content production • Familiarity with Figma and design systems • Use of data and testing to drive content decisions • Native-level English and exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and global nuances
