📋 Description

• Scout the market for potential new IT suppliers • Support supplier homologation by preparing and coordinating NDAs • Assist with onboarding by creating suppliers in the vendor system • Support sourcing projects for software, hardware, and services • Create and manage RFQs • Gather and compare supplier offers and support evaluation • Provide structured feedback to buyers on supplier proposals • Prepare documentation and summaries for sourcing board meetings • Support contract preparation and stakeholder coordination • Maintain accurate procurement data, including supplier contacts and contracts, in systems and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Procurement, IT Management, or a related field • Strong interest in procurement, IT sourcing, supplier management, and strategic purchasing processes • Excellent English communication skills, minimum C1, written and spoken • Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • SAP knowledge is an advantage • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Structured and detail-oriented work style • Ability to manage tasks independently • Proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
