📋 Description

• Provide efficient customer support for Provet veterinary software • Aim for high customer satisfaction and meet quantitative support targets • Perform system modifications based on customer needs when possible within the product • Build best practices to improve support work independently and as part of the team • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementations, and Product Development • Execute individual annual OKRs contributing to business unit, team, and company objectives • Participate in sales, marketing, implementation, and product development tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Native Finnish speaker • Professional spoken and written Finnish and English language skills • Professional background and education equipping the Support Specialist to succeed in the role • Ability to juggle between multiple customers • Eagerness to learn • Ability to use AI • Finance background is a plus but not essential • Prior experience working in an international company is a plus • Good collaboration skills • Ability to independently connect with relevant parties
