📋 Description

• Build and operate infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments • Improve deployment pipelines and automation, including feature flags and progressive delivery • Apply monitoring standards across logs, metrics, and traces • Define SLOs for key user journeys and configure alerting for urgent risks • Participate in 24/7 on-call and incident response • Improve runbooks, blameless postmortems, and follow-up actions • Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, framework upgrades, and dependency upgrades • Manage secrets and access using least privilege • Build compliance into the platform through audit logging, data residency, and access controls • Test backups and restores and maintain documented recovery procedures • Automate repetitive manual work • Shape developer experience through internal tooling, self-service workflows, and paved paths • Help migrate regional products onto the unified platform without disrupting clinics • Collaborate closely with software engineering and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years running production systems for a SaaS product in an SRE, platform, or DevOps role • Strong Linux and networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS, HTTP, and load balancing • Infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar on a major cloud provider • Containers and orchestration using Docker plus Kubernetes, ECS, or similar • CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar • Observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana, Datadog, or similar • SLO-based alerting experience • Real on-call experience handling incidents, writing postmortems, and following through on fixes • Coding ability in Go, Python, or Bash, with ability to navigate application code • Fluent written and spoken English • Ability to work well remotely and asynchronously
