📋 Description

• Translate complex AI capabilities and user needs into simple, elegant, and accessible user journeys, user flows, and interaction designs • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for AI-driven features, including conversational UIs and data-heavy interfaces • Design and conduct usability testing sessions for AI-powered prototypes • Analyze user feedback and testing data to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas of friction or mistrust in human-AI interaction • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers to iterate on designs and balance user needs with technical feasibility • Document and present design concepts, user research findings, and design recommendations to internal teams • Design graceful user experiences for AI errors, low-confidence responses, and ambiguity • Build and maintain user trust in AI-driven recommendations and automated actions • Clearly communicate AI capabilities and limitations through the interface and manage user expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, wireframing, and prototyping; include a link with the application • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or Sketch • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and user research • Strong, demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and human-AI interaction • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
