📋 Description

• Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process • Answer questions about a single product or product line • Provide in-depth demonstrations of products • Assist customers with maximizing the benefits from purchased products • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex systems • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, conduct training, and repair equipment at customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field • 1 year of experience • Strong technical expertise • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to provide outstanding customer support while working independently in the field
