📋 Description

• Scale AI adoption across the business on sanctioned platforms • Own the enterprise AI workspace and support business-critical tools • Build and maintain custom integrations, agents, and Slackbots • Provide support for Langdock, Gemini, and internal AI tools, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations • Monitor platform health and adoption • Maintain runbooks and documentation • Connect AI tools to internal content and workflows • Ensure production reliability through monitoring and evaluation • Scope, prioritize, and route incoming AI use-case requests • Keep stakeholders updated • Support global enterprise and public-institution initiatives using AI and data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Hands-on AI engineering building LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG/knowledge-base systems • Comfort with prompt design, tool/function calling, and API integration • Power user of Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools for shipped work • Strong general engineering skills with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, cloud services, and webhooks • Experience building and operating Slack apps/bots, including Slack API, event subscriptions, and bot deployment • Excellent project management and communication • Ability to work independently, prioritize a mixed support and build queue, and document work • Advanced English level required • Ability to work with US clients
