📋 Description

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities • Support marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations • Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, and system integration projects • Create functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops • Perform data analysis and quality validation to ensure accuracy and consistency • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements • Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization • Support system deployments, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional project delivery • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology-driven solutions that improve business efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience • 2–3+ years of Marketing Operations experience • 3+ years of Data Management & Analysis experience • 2–3+ years of System Integration & Data Migration experience • 4+ years of Functional Documentation experience • 2+ years of UAT & Solution Validation experience • 3+ years of Stakeholder Management experience • 2+ years of Agile Methodologies experience • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into functional solutions • Experience with marketing workflows, CRM systems, marketing automation, or marketing technology platforms • Experience with data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and data quality • SQL knowledge is highly desirable • Experience supporting enterprise integrations, data migration, and system modernization projects • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams • Experience coordinating testing activities, validating requirements, and tracking defects • Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools
