📋 Description

• Plan, produce, and optimize high-quality content for Eastern European markets • Execute the editorial roadmap in alignment with SEO priorities, audience expectations, and business objectives • Collaborate with SEO specialists, Editors, Writers, Product teams, and Business stakeholders • Coordinate Content Writers and ensure quality standards and smooth editorial operations • Create, plan, and manage content production according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Create detailed content briefs covering target keywords, structure, and tone of voice • Ensure published content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and business goals • Oversee the full content production lifecycle from ideation to publication • Update and optimize existing content to improve SEO rankings and user experience • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and identify improvement opportunities • Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow SEO best practices • Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies with the SEO team • Collaborate with Writers, Editors, and Designers to ensure consistency and accuracy • Review drafts for editorial quality, factual accuracy, and clarity • Support localization or adaptation of content for Eastern European markets • Participate in content review sessions and provide feedback to improve editorial standards and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital content management, editorial roles, or SEO content strategy • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus • Familiarity with sports, betting, or iGaming industries is highly valued • Fluent English and Polish proficiency • Knowledge of Eastern European languages is a significant advantage, especially Bulgarian or Czech • Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial quality and accuracy • Must be 18+
