📋 Description

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements • Design and develop plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components • Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate • Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external/enterprise systems • Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation • Follow development standards and best practices to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability • Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle • Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and development • Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate • Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration • Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good communication and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
