📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, meetings, and collaborative sessions • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Develop and maintain BRDs, SRSs, process models, BPMN diagrams, UML diagrams, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, and compliance • Support solution definition and validation with solution architects, technical teams, and stakeholders • Collaborate with QA teams on test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and UAT execution • Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through development, testing, deployment, and implementation • Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and technical stakeholders • Provide business analysis and subject matter guidance throughout the solution lifecycle • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, government policies, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations • Analyze system integrations, data flows, and technology dependencies to identify gaps and impacts • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams • Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT Business Analysis • Proven experience in requirements gathering, requirements management, business process analysis, and solution definition • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitating, influencing, challenging, negotiating, and aligning diverse stakeholders • Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and process modeling • Hands-on experience creating BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN, UML, use cases, and process flows • Solid understanding of systems integration, data flows, APIs, enterprise applications, and technology fundamentals • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Experience supporting QA, UAT, solution validation, and requirements traceability • Experience with government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments is preferred
