📋 Description

• Develop features end to end, from the React/Next.js frontend and Node.js services to the PostgreSQL data model • Implement AI-powered features such as deed generation, document analysis, and agentic workflows • Use modern AI tools as part of your daily development workflow • Build a scalable platform with a multi-tenant architecture, high performance, and reliability for 2,000 notary firms • Further develop integrations such as XNP export, the Word add-in, and exports to law firm software • Work directly with the Product Owner and notaries • Help shape engineering standards through code reviews, architectural decisions, and team building

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (Supabase) and/or NoSQL databases • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling (e.g., Claude) and agentic workflows • Strong product sense • Native-level German proficiency (C2) • Based in Germany • Willingness to attend occasional team meetups • No formal professional experience required; what matters are compelling full-stack projects you have independently delivered from inception through production • Nice to have: Experience in Legal Tech or other regulated industries, multi-tenant architectures, or privacy-sensitive systems
