📋 Description

• Analyze the existing system, identify business rules, dependencies, and constraints • Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for functionality migration • Define and align integration contracts, including REST APIs, JSON schemas, and event contracts • Model and visualize business processes and data flows using BPMN and UML diagrams • Design data migration mappings, transformations, and migration strategies • Decompose technical initiatives into development tasks; prepare User Stories and Use Cases and define acceptance criteria • Perform risk and bottleneck analysis for the target architecture • Support development teams during delivery by answering questions and participating in backlog grooming and sprint planning • Collaborate with adjacent teams and stakeholders to align technical decisions • Maintain and update documentation in the Confluence knowledge base • Participate in complex incident investigation and root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking, fintech, or e-commerce products • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in integrations or product development • Deep understanding of REST API principles (HTTP methods, status codes, headers, idempotency, versioning) • Hands-on experience with API testing and description tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman) • SQL knowledge: ability to write complex queries with JOINs and window functions; understanding of PostgreSQL database structure • Ability to create clear and structured diagrams using BPMN and UML • Strong technical documentation skills (requirements, specifications, technical descriptions) • Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Understanding of microservices architecture and service interaction patterns • Experience with legacy systems and data migration • Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical decision-making • Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns • Experience with GraphQL • English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
