📋 Description

• Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches. • Review all flows to eliminate friction and shorten time-to-value. • Translate data to identify "leaks" in the funnel and turn insights into product features. • Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that deliver consistent “Aha moments” for customers. • Own the conversion engine from sign-up to trial completion. • Drive revenue by matching users with the right subscription tiers and value propositions. • Maximize upsell opportunities and ensure optimal product matches to affect ARPU and boost LTV. • Partner with diverse teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to align acquisition strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a heavy focus on Growth, Activation, and CRO. • Innate commercial intuition with a proven track record of successful product design. • Elite skills in performance tracking and product analytics. • Experience in managing international consumer products; adaptable funnels for diverse global markets. • Manage the Agile process with engineering team, ensuring prototypes are delivered with technical excellence. • Thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment; master of tools like JIRA and Slack. • Excellent spoken and written English.
