📋 Description
• Perform office accounting routines with technical autonomy • Participate in process improvements, standardization of workflows, automation of routines, and the use of technology • Perform classification, journal entries, and account reconciliations • Prepare and review financial statements • Support the monthly accounting close • Prepare and submit ECD and ECF filings (Lucro Presumido) • Provide accounting support and assistance to clients • Participate in the creation, review, and improvement of accounting processes and workflows • Support the automation of routines and the use of technological tools • Organize documents and manage accounting deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience with accounting office routines • Currently studying for or holding a degree in Accounting • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting routines • Intermediate Excel skills • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with a continuous improvement mindset • Experience with SCI UNICO VISUAL / DOMINIO / GCLICK is a plus
