📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at NP Digital Brazil, managing projects and maintaining client relationships • Oversee strategic planning and high-level client engagement • Perform quality control on deliverables before sharing them with clients, requesting changes when necessary and guiding execution timelines • Manage and ensure adherence to the project delivery schedule • Present periodic performance reports to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Account Manager, Account Analyst, or member of a Customer Success team • Knowledge of SEO and Paid Media • Experience with project management tools • Strategic client relationship management • Experience managing a client portfolio • Strong communication skills • Successful case studies in SEO, CRO, or Performance Marketing are a plus • Knowledge of or experience with Google Analytics is a plus • Knowledge of creative development, including creative briefs, creative concepts, workflows, and processes
