• You'll collaborate with your Squad and Craft Leads to understand project needs, assign resources in the agency tool, and adjust schedules as needed. This includes proactive communication with stakeholders about any changes. • You'll oversee project setup, manage deadlines, identify potential risks, and lead team meetings to ensure smooth delivery. This includes gathering assets, setting kick-off meetings, and tracking project health. • You'll manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. This includes escalating issues when necessary. • You'll set billing milestones and track project invoices, ensuring accurate and timely client communication. Additionally, you'll monitor task progress and manage workload to achieve both quality and financial goals. • You'll contribute to agency improvements by collaborating with colleagues to standardise processes, develop project templates, and analyse data to optimise project velocity and revenue.
• Possess 5+ years of project and resource management experience within a digital or creative agency. • Deliver end-to-end project management for diverse campaigns across social, video, web, OOH, and print from concept to completion. • Excel at multitasking, resource management, and prioritizing competing deadlines in fast-paced environments. • Communicate exceptionally well in English (both written and verbal) with an uncompromising attention to detail. Can navigate complex stakeholder relationships and confidently present timelines and deliverables directly to clients. • Maintain a highly structured workflow to ensure no project details ever slip through the cracks. • Apply a deep understanding of multi-channel nuances and champion a "platform-first" approach to content creation. • Utilise strong problem-solving skills to ensure high accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all work. • Bring familiarity with resource management tools, with hands-on experience in Kantata viewed as a distinct plus.
