📋 Description

• Serve as a technical authority across entire business domains • Shape company-wide engineering strategy • Drive the architectural evolution of large-scale distributed systems • Build and scale technology powering financial products in Latin America • Develop resilient, secure, and highly scalable systems for the core platform • Collaborate with engineering teams using state-of-the-art software development practices • Master Clojure as the main backend language with company support

🎯 Requirements

• Technical authority across entire business domains • Experience with software development practices, technologies, and architectures for resilient, secure, and highly scalable systems • Experience with Clojure is valued; willingness to learn Clojure is supported • English proficiency is assessed during the application process • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located • Availability to work onsite two to three days per week • Required application materials: name, email, LinkedIn URL, resume, and phone number
