📋 Description

• Conduct advisory projects on accounting and back-office matters for fast-growing companies • Perform operational bookkeeping, preparatory accounting, and interim management assignments, e.g., acting as Accountant • Execute month-end closings and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable • Develop and implement best-in-class accounting and document management tools • Carry out accounting tasks and record accounting transactions, e.g., provisions, personnel costs, bank reconciliations, open items, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices • Review and optimize interfaces with tax advisors and banks

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a qualification as a certified Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) • You have at least 3 years of professional experience • You have strong knowledge of accounting and of setting up accounting processes • You have experience in stakeholder management, particularly in dealing with tax advisors and tax authorities • You can independently take responsibility for small projects • You can post transactions in at least one accounting system, e.g., DATEV, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft NAV, etc. • You bring experience in at least one additional accounting specialty, e.g., OSS, intercompany allocations, IFRS, payroll, or knowledge of additional software systems such as LucaNet • You have advanced knowledge in process automation and accounting tools • You speak and write fluent German and have good English skills • You demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently • You are responsible and conscientious in your work • You are organized and have a precise working style • You have very good communication skills and an open, authentic personality • You approach project-based work with commitment and enthusiasm
