📋 Description

• Strategic sparring partner for clients and founders and primary contact for finance-related business questions • Part of the core team for funding rounds, heavily involved in business planning • Responsible for building controlling structures and KPI systems • Ensure BWAs (monthly management reports), annual financial statements and quarterly reports are prepared on time • Interface with statutory and operational audits and act as the main contact for tax advisors • Lead the Finance team with a collaborative leadership style

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in finance, either in-house, at an auditing firm, or in a consulting firm • Strong university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Ambition to build something significant within a startup culture, preferably demonstrated in previous roles • Organized and structured working style, high degree of ownership and an analytical mindset • Ideally experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or another startup/scale-up • Fluent German and English (business/professional level)
