📋 Description

• Own and grow the Italy and Adriatic hotel market • Manage relationships with hotels in the assigned portfolio • Set commercial strategy for each hotel, including pricing, promotions, restrictions, and room-type coverage • Ensure newly contracted hotels go live, are fully distributed, and produce bookings quickly • Use dashboards to identify performance opportunities and prioritize actions • Work directly with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams • Negotiate pricing and promotions to improve hotel competitiveness • Conduct quarterly business reviews and turn them into actionable plans • Diagnose whether pricing, availability, restrictions, or technical issues are limiting hotel performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hotel account management, revenue management or market management, ideally at an OTA or bed bank • Understanding of B2B hotel distribution, its competitors, and how commercial terms affect performance • Ability to use dashboards and turn data into action • Ability to negotiate pricing and promotion improvements with hotel revenue managers or GMs • Ability to build pipeline and strategy independently • Fluent Italian and professional English • Knowledge of the Italian/Adriatic hotel landscape • Experience working independently in a fast-moving environment • Revenue-management experience is a plus
