📋 Description

• Own significant parts of the Android architecture, building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. • Lead the design and development of complex features across the Numan app ecosystem. • Contribute to the Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) application used by Numan mobile apps. • Collaborate with product, design, and clinical team members to shape solutions and assess technical trade-offs. • Contribute to technical decisions about technologies, tools, and frameworks. • Champion code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering standards. • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers. • Help shape the technical direction and product experience of Numan's digital health products.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced, product-driven Senior Android Engineer. • Passion for building high-quality Android experiences that improve people's lives. • Track record of delivering production-grade Android apps to the Play Store. • Experience scaling apps and handling complex architectures. • Strong experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and the Android ecosystem, including modern frameworks and libraries, design patterns, and performance optimization. • Experience with Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) systems. • Proactive approach and knowledge of best practices in code, testing, and app performance. • Experience working in agile teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities and drive for continuous improvement. • Excellent attention to detail in code quality and user experience.
