• Provide personalized customer service; • Provide technical support to customers, offering services and solutions; • Conduct sales and handle collections; • Renew customer registrations and attract new clients; • Develop action plans to achieve commercial targets; • Develop Nutrien products and solutions in the field; • Use digital tools and influence their adoption by customers; • Liaise with category specialists; • Analyze customer situations and propose initiatives that increase productivity.
