📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniScripts • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools • Design, execute, and validate data migrations, transformations, and loads from legacy systems into Salesforce • Design and implement complex sharing models using declarative and programmatic methods • Design and implement test plans covering code coverage, application behavior, scalability, environment independence, and security • Support QA in validating solutions • Own deployments across environments through CI/CD tools • Follow and promote Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines • Provide ROM estimations and conduct technical investigations (spikes) • Write technical documentation, including solution designs, technical stories and epics, process diagrams, and UAT plans • Communicate and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders regarding status, technical challenges, and solution proposals • Collaborate with the marketing team on thought-leadership content, webinars, and industry events • Lead technical implementation within a multidisciplinary Salesforce team and demo solutions directly to client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Expert Apex, including design patterns, trigger frameworks, bulk and asynchronous processing, integration patterns, and custom REST/SOAP endpoints • Advanced SOQL/SOSL • Advanced Lightning Web Components skills, including rendering performance, state management, and minimizing wire adapter calls • Hands-on source-driven development with Git branching strategies, pull requests, merge conflict resolution, and Salesforce CLI (SFDX) deployments across multiple environments • Strong command of sharing rules, role hierarchy, permission sets, permission set groups, and CRUD/FLS enforcement in Apex and LWC • Advanced Salesforce Flows and judgment on when to use configuration instead of code • Ability to deliver complex user stories and multi-system data flows unsupervised • Ability to conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers • Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications • Excellent oral and written English and Spanish • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban • Openness to learning new technologies and tools
