📋 Description

• Build and ship production-ready user interfaces • Translate concepts and prototypes into high-quality interfaces using React and TypeScript • Use existing components, tokens, and interaction patterns to move features through release • Review features during development and identify or fix inconsistencies in layout, typography, and interaction • Build functional prototypes with Product Design • Assess technical feasibility and refine user flows and UX/UI details in implementation • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or comparable tools in daily development • Guide implementation with requirements, design-system rules, and acceptance criteria • Independently review and refine AI-generated code • Ensure AI-generated interfaces meet design-system standards • Coordinate necessary design-system extensions with Design Engineering • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional frontend development experience with a clear UI focus • Proven experience implementing and shipping high-quality user interfaces • Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern CSS • Experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui or comparable component libraries • Practical experience with automated testing using Vitest and Playwright • Experience covering components and key user flows with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Keen eye for UI quality, including hierarchy, spacing, typography, and interactions • Experience with design systems, components, and tokens • Proven purposeful AI workflow in development • Ability to provide requirements, evaluate AI-generated results, and turn generated output into production-ready code • Ability to clarify open questions and make pragmatic decisions with incomplete requirements • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup • Fluent English for collaboration within the international team • UX and interaction design experience preferred • Experience with spec-driven development, Storybook, and visual regression testing helpful
