📋 Description

• Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing • Serve as trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for developers within the CIS ecosystem • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies • Demonstrate and integrate the NVIDIA software stack, including tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints, into partner products, platforms, and pipelines • Guide partners through onboarding and integration using sample code, guides, and demo pipelines • Foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions in CIS • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges • Track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel field insights to NVIDIA product teams • Represent NVIDIA at industry and developer events • Communicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company products • Work adaptably with cross-functional, matrixed teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience working in the CIS region • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies • Experience with product integration involving vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications • Significant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems • Contributions to product integrations and software libraries • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops • Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams • Skill distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives • End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners • Fluency in Russian and English
