• Drive the most probable build commits by balancing demand, manufacturing constraints, and CM capabilities while proactively identifying supply risks. • Monitor and drive execution of weekly factory build plans, ensuring actual delivery adheres to committed plans and achieves OTD targets. • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, Inventory Control Planners, and CM partners to guarantee plan feasibility and implementation. • Monitor CM capacity, identify gaps, and support mitigation plans to resolve production constraints. • Partner with Inventory Control Planners to balance raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory while limiting shortages, overstock, and aging. • Use AI, analytics, and automation tools to improve planning efficiency, scenario analysis, and predictive risk assessment. • Identify and drive automation opportunities using digital tools, RPA, or intelligent technologies. • Continuously improve planning processes and support supply chain digitalization initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience. • More than 5 years of experience in factory planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a regional or global manufacturing setting. • Strong understanding of factory operations, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution in a CM-based model. • Hands-on experience with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or digital tools in operations or supply chain functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting complex data and converting it into actionable plans. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external CM partners. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapidly changing environment while learning and adapting to new technologies. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including presenting data-driven insights. • Passion for operational excellence and supply assurance. • Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly AI and automation tools. • Experience optimizing processes and improving efficiency. • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, diligent, collaborative, and accountable.
