📋 Description

• Deploy, manage, and maintain the Infiniband Network of AI Factory infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers • Serve as the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation • Provide handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers as customers begin rolling out sophisticated systems • Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements • Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI Factory projects • Work across Networking, System Design, and Automation as the face to the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years providing in-depth support or deployment services of Infiniband networks • Applied knowledge in Infiniband Network troubleshooting • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues • Ability to prioritize and multitask easily with limited supervision • Excellent verbal and written English • Infiniband Network certifications (standout qualification) • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Ethernet networking (standout qualification) • Linux background (standout qualification)
