📋 Description

• Analyze audited financial data to recommend credit limits, payment terms, and credit decision adjustments to senior management • Collaborate with credit insurance providers and brokers to secure appropriate coverage for customers and transactions • Coordinate Letters of Credit and Parent Guaranty documentation for compliance with credit policies and international trade regulations • Partner with internal finance and sales teams to support efficient credit processes • Approve and release credit capacity for shipments based on customer creditworthiness and projected accounts receivable balances • Resolve credit-related issues with customers while maintaining positive business relationships • Monitor customer payment trends, aging reports, and overdue accounts to identify and proactively address emerging credit risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or equivalent experience) • 7 to 10+ years of experience in credit analysis and credit risk management, preferably within the high-tech industry • Experience with large transactions and complex financial structures • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous process improvement • AI-focused mindset with an interest in automation and operational efficiency • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CBA) preferred as ways to stand out • Proficiency with credit risk management tools and financial systems including SAP • Strong problem solving, analytical, and complex financial modeling skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the Company • Exceptional organizational skills, strong ownership, and consistent focus on accuracy and attention to detail • Knowledge of AI tools that enhance productivity, optimize outcomes, and improve efficiency
