📋 Description

• Support finance teams and other functions in decision-making by providing financial advisory • Assist with budgeting, closing, and forecast preparation • Ensure proper execution of control frameworks within O-I • Support business case calculations • Manage month-end closing processes and accurate US GAAP financial reporting • Manage financial data and prepare reports for financial analysis • Support audits by providing requested documentation and analysis • Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose implementation action plans • Monitor business performance against budget and forecast • Communicate variances and trends to business management • Gather, consolidate, and report forecast and budget data with Country Controlling Teams • Develop and maintain information-management best practices with Country Group members • Participate actively in FP&A projects • Share knowledge and experience with other Reporting Analysts • Provide automation, standardization, and technical support

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/ or Accounting • Proficient in English • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • General Accounting Knowledge • Cost Management/ budgeting/controlling skills • Highly developed communication skills and basics of public speaking • Tagetik knowledge as a plus • SAP knowledge as a plus
