📋 Description

• Work with business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define functional business process requirements for SAP within a designated functional area • Provide full life-cycle support • Create system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation • Work with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed business requirements • Serve as the primary IT contact and lead for customer-facing projects • Transition requirements and use cases to designers and ensure clear understanding • Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing • Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirements work products • Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity • Collaborate with IT teams on integration, development, and cross-functional requirements • Use new and existing technology to design fit-for-purpose solutions supporting the commercial and order-to-cash organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline • Advanced English language skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled commercial and order-to-cash processes in SAP • Experience with end-to-end, full life-cycle SAP implementation • In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module • Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data • Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP • EDI experience is a plus • Familiarity with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus • Resume must be submitted in English
