Oasis coordinates care with physicians (accepting fax and Rightfax), performs evaluations within 24–48 hours of referral or hospital discharge, and emphasizes care coordination to reduce administrative burden on providers.

📋 Description

• Build a world-class data science function • Develop, deploy, and maintain data marts and machine learning models • Assess the impact of clinical interventions • Lead the data and analytics function • Own predictive modeling capabilities end to end • Apply machine learning statistics and ML Ops practices to productionalize and scale model creation and maintenance • Provide analytical support for an Oasis workstream/domain • Collaborate with Executive leaders, Operations, Clinical, Product, Finance, and the technology team • Build sophisticated analytical data models • Own machine learning strategy and execution • Implement clinical interventions with technology, clinical, and operations teams • Set up analytics data models in DBT • Identify data sources for patient identification and risk stratification • Build predictive models to identify high-risk patients • Use AI/LLMs to advance patient and provider engagement • Analyze clinical data from payors and providers • Analyze clinical program performance • Analyze workflow and operational data • Develop the analytics layer for executive and operational dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics with hands-on expertise in real-world data • Minimum 3 years of experience leading data science teams in healthcare • Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and reporting • Advanced Python skills for building and productionalizing machine learning models • Experience developing impactful BI reports and dashboards for end-users • Ability to adapt to new technologies • Comfortable working in the ambiguity and rapid change of a startup environment • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, including operational and clinical teams • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Must currently reside in the United States • Preferred: Previous experience at a health plan or Managed Service Organization • Preferred: Familiarity with Medicare Advantage populations and their unique healthcare needs • Preferred: Background in value-based care organizations • Preferred: Experience with AWS, DBT, and Snowflake
