📋 Description

• Own and improve CS2 prematch models and the core library behind match, player, and team models • Act as the analytical link between the data science team and game experts • Turn game-expert feedback into features • Develop and maintain internal dashboards • Help game experts visualize player statistics, team trends, and meta shifts • Progress toward live models after mastering prematch predictions • Translate in-game knowledge into predictive edge for prematch and live models using premium datasets • Assess prematch and in-game situations match by match

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of the Counter-Strike 2 competitive scene • Experience with Python programming with a focus on Data Science • Solid foundation of statistics, mathematics and machine learning • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues • Predictive modelling of CS2 or other esports/sports would help get started faster • Experience with AI tools in work, including own workflows or agents, would help get started faster • Experience with rating systems would help get started faster • Experience with visualization tools would help get started faster • Valorant knowledge would help get started faster • Esports betting knowledge would help get started faster
