📋 Description

• Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators • Build complete Game Design Documents covering core loops, odds, UI, art, and audio • Align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations • Manage RNG certifications including GLI-19, BMM, and eCOGRA • Manage platform distribution • Lead post-launch live operations based on GGR and margin data • Use Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specifications, math modeling, and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in iGaming • Proven track record shipping live titles • Fluency in instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats over traditional slots • Ability to dissect payout distributions • Ability to hold technical conversations on settlement logic • Ability to identify broken economics • Active use of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share • Experience with provably fair mechanics or crypto casino launches (bonus points) • Live certified titles in MGA, UKGC, Ontario, or Curaçao (bonus points) • Prior experience with aggregators SoftSwiss, Hub88, or Fusion (bonus points)
