📋 Description

• Guide companies through the implementation of an ERP system—from the initial introduction and workshops through implementation to go-live • Learn about customer processes and develop solution concepts in Odoo and proprietary products together with experienced colleagues • Gather requirements, design solutions, and present them to key users • Prepare and contribute to workshops, gradually taking on responsibility for facilitating them • Coordinate adaptations directly with the development team • Support projects through data migration, testing, and training until completion • Work predominantly remotely, with approximately one on-site visit to customers per month • Work in agile Scrum projects and participate in regular team check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Very good German language skills • Good to very good English language skills • Fluency in spoken and written German • Independent and responsible approach to work • Strong understanding of business processes and commercial acumen • Analytical mindset and affinity for IT • Willingness to gather requirements and act as a liaison between customers and technical teams • Initial professional experience is sufficient • Initial experience in consulting, ERP environments, or Odoo is a plus but not required • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and professional approach to working with others
