📋 Description

• Support a range of digital learning projects on a fee-for-service basis • Contribute to MBA programs, MOOCs, competency-based training and technology-enabled learning solutions • Create engaging, innovative and impactful digital learning experiences • Apply instructional design, digital pedagogy and learning technologies • Transform learning requirements into high-quality, engaging and instructionally sound learning experiences • Collaborate with OES project teams and stakeholders • Deliver agreed outcomes • Apply creativity, innovation and contemporary learning design practices • Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance design quality, improve efficiency and create exceptional learner experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Mid to Senior-Level Freelance Learning Designer • Strong expertise in instructional design • Strong expertise in digital pedagogy • Strong expertise in learning technologies • Ability to transform learning requirements into high-quality, engaging and instructionally sound learning experiences • Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes • Creativity, innovation and contemporary learning design practices • Interest in leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI • Must be able to work as an independent contractor on a fee-for-service basis • Work allocated according to client and project requirements • Scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and professional fees agreed in advance for each engagement
