📋 Description

• Manage large-scale deployments of thousands of concurrent GPU servers, focusing on performance and efficiency • Architect and implement dynamic deployment, routing, and load-balancing systems across multiple clouds and regions • Design and implement scalable, reliable deployment pipelines • Set technical direction for infrastructure decisions and raise engineering standards • Research, document, and drive adoption of simple, robust tooling • Own observability and monitoring • Lead compliance and security certification work, including SOC2 Type II, coordinating across engineering, product, and operations • Build testable, operable, and maintainable software and uphold those standards across shipped systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on production experience with AWS • Proficiency in TypeScript or Go • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code — AWS CDK, Pulumi, or Terraform • Solid grasp of at least one other major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, Oracle OCI) or on-premise deployments • Deep expertise in serverless architectures and security best practices • Solid understanding of containerisation and Docker in real production environments • Experience with globally distributed, low-latency systems • Startup experience and comfort with fast decisions, hard problems, and real ownership from day one • Clear communication in English, including explaining complex infrastructure decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Must already be based within CET ±2 hours and have the right to work where you live • No visa sponsorship or relocation support available
