📋 Description

• Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance (market intel, platform tips) • Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients as their main point of contact • Advocate for clients internally and ensure their needs are met promptly • Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience • Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above • 3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space • Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude • Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction • Fluency in Mandarin
