📋 Description

• Support foundational tasks ensuring scalability, availability, and efficiency of cloud and distributed systems • Collaborate with Senior SREs to diagnose, resolve, and prevent production incidents • Automate operational tasks and manage configurations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools • Assist with monitoring and maintaining service health using observability platforms and dashboards • Participate in incremental task delivery, estimating complexity, managing dependencies, and handling ambiguous requirements with guidance • Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to blameless postmortems • Continuously learn and progressively take ownership of tasks and impact • Support the development and maintenance of core infrastructure and engineering practices • Contribute to reliable and scalable platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Motivated learner with a growth mindset, eager to develop SRE skills • Foundational experience in at least one programming language, such as Python or Go • Basic understanding of cloud environments, preferably AWS • Basic understanding of distributed systems concepts • Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, is a plus • Interest in Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform • Exposure to CI/CD tools, such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage tasks reliably, communicate effectively, and maintain clear documentation • Enthusiasm for reliability engineering principles, including incident management, monitoring, and service level management
