• Own meaningful Product outcomes across a significant Product area, defining strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and clear links to customer value, engagement, and business growth • Start with customers and work backwards, using research, market insight, data, and customer-facing teams to identify high-value problems and shape focused Product bets • Act as a hands-on SPM (AI Product Builder), using AI tools, prototypes, agents, flows, and lightweight integrations to validate ideas quickly and reduce time to market • Design and scale AI-powered experiences by defining expected behaviours, quality standards, guardrails, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop journeys • Lead through judgment and influence, making crisp decisions under uncertainty, aligning senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, and raising the bar for Product thinking across the team
• Proven Product leadership experience in marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other digital Products at scale, with a strong track record of measurable impact • Deep customer orientation and Product judgment, with the ability to simplify complexity, make smart trade-offs, and turn ambiguous customer problems into clear Product opportunities • Strong data and business fluency, including comfort with metrics, funnels, experimentation, business cases, revenue drivers, and marketplace dynamics • Hands-on AI and prototyping capability, with practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping workflows to create testable Product artefacts • Strong cross-functional leadership, with the technical fluency, commercial sharpness, communication skills, and ownership mindset needed to align teams and bring ideas to market
