📋 Description

• Work within the Data Platform organization, as part of a strategic squad responsible for developing, operating, and scaling Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities • Architect and propose solutions aligned with the AWS-first strategy • Influence, champion, and promote platform capabilities across technology and business teams • Design, build, and evolve MLOps and AI/GenAI infrastructure and platforms on AWS • Ensure robustness, high availability, observability, and cost control • Lead the transition and expansion of MLOps into an AI Platform, including GenAI Ops and governance of generative models • Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI models • Ensure secure, reproducible, and monitored production deployments • Ensure security, compliance, quality, and traceability standards for models and data throughout their lifecycle • Lead architecture discussions and defend technical decisions based on trade-offs • Influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority • Promote the data platform, identify pain points across other teams, and present solutions to increase adoption of its tools

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS architecture and components • Strong experience with Machine Learning infrastructure, model deployment, and production operations • Experience building a Feature Store • Demonstrated ability to design distributed, scalable, and resilient systems • Strong ownership and ability to deliver end-to-end solutions • Consistency and composure in the face of change or pressure • Ability to negotiate, make compelling arguments, and align technical decisions with technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities to impact other teams and champion data products • AWS certifications are a plus, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty • Previous experience building AI Platform or AI Ops ecosystems is a plus • Experience at highly scaled companies, such as FinTechs, large-scale e-commerce companies, or Big Tech, is a plus
