📋 Description
• 核心系统开发：负责交易所合伙人(代理商)系统的架构设计与核心代码开发。 • 清结算逻辑实现：主导返佣清结算引擎的研发，处理从交易流到返佣账户的资金流转，确保高并发下的资金计算准确无误（0 误差）。 • 高性能消息处理：利用 Pulsar 或 Kafka 处理海量交易订单流，设计高效的异步清算与对账机制，保障返佣的实时性与一致性。 • 数据一致性保障：解决分布式环境下的数据一致性问题，优化数据库事务处理，防止资金并发冲突。 • 系统维护与优化：持续监控系统性能，优化 Gin 框架下的 API 响应速度，并负责相关技术文档的撰写。
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历,计算机、软件工程等相关专业 • 3年以上Golang开发经验,精通Go语言核心特性(goroutine、channel、gc等) • 熟练掌握主流Go框架(Gin、Echo、GORM等)及微服务架构 • 深入理解消息队列(Pulsar、Kafka等)原理及使用场景 • 精通关系型数据库(MySQL、PostgreSQL)设计、索引优化及SQL调优 • 熟悉NoSQL数据库(Redis、MongoDB)的使用和性能优化 • 了解WebSocket、RESTful API设计规范 • 熟悉容器化技术(Docker、Kubernetes) • 具备良好的编码规范,熟悉设计模式,有较强的代码重构能力 • 熟悉Git版本管理,有良好的代码审查习惯 • 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力,能承受一定的工作压力
