• 负责交易所后台系统的设计、开发和维护，确保系统高可用性和高性能。 • 开发和优化API接口，支持现货、合约交易功能，满足前端和外部系统对接需求。 • 参与交易撮合引擎和聚合系统的开发与优化，提升交易效率和稳定性。 • 设计和实现数据库结构，优化MySQL查询性能，确保数据一致性和安全性。 • 集成和维护消息队列系统，保证异步任务的高效处理和系统解耦。 • 参与系统架构设计，解决分布式系统中的技术难题。 • 编写高质量代码，参与代码评审，确保代码规范和可维护性。 • 配合团队进行系统测试、问题排查和性能优化。
🎯 Requirements
• 3年以上后端开发经验，精通Golang编程语言，熟悉其并发模型和性能优化。 • 具备交易所开发经验，深入理解现货交易、合约交易的业务逻辑和流程。 • 必須熟悉交易撮合引擎和聚合系统的设计与实现，能够处理高并发场景。 • 熟练使用MySQL数据库，具备数据库设计、查询优化和事务管理经验。 • 熟悉消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ或RocketMQ）的使用和优化。 • 具备良好的中文沟通能力，能够清晰表达技术方案和协作需求。 • 熟悉分布式系统架构，具备解决复杂技术问题的能力。 • 能够适应远程工作 • 加分项 • 熟悉Kratos框架，具备基于Kratos开发微服务的经验。 • 有高性能交易系统开发经验，熟悉低延迟、高吞吐量的优化方案。 • 熟悉其他编程语言（如Java、Python或C++）并能灵活应用。 • 有DevOps经验，熟悉CI/CD流程、容器化技术（如Docker、Kubernetes）。 • 了解区块链技术或加密货币交易所的业务逻辑
